must be completed for each person between the ages of 8-16 years of age, before they can play.
These forms can be completed in advance and presented on the day of the activity. This form can be downloaded from the download section of our website.
On the actual day, a “nominated responsible adult(s)” will need to be present, and will need to provide us with every child’s completed consent disclaimer forms if the child’s parent/legal guardian is not in attendance. The “nominated responsible adult(s)” fill be required to fill out another piece of paperwork only after every child has listened to, and understood, our safety briefing. In order to complete this document the”nominated responsible adult(s)” will need every child’s name and date of birth.
We supply all standard equipment, and all-in-one coveralls for the players to wear over the top of their own clothing.
We also supply as standard, full-head Paintball goggles that are fitted and checked by our staff to ensure that they fit correctly and safely, and are comfortable to wear.
Don’t worry, Paintballs wash out of clothes!
So we recommend just wearing loose comfortable clothing, and we will provide coveralls to put over the top.
Tip: Please do not be tempted to wrap up in hoodies and fleeces, players can get quite hot, and these thick layers will make you hot and steam up your paintball goggles!
All participants will need to be wearing suitable footwear, no open toed footwear is permitted, we recommend sturdy walking boots with good grip – as there is occasionally mud, and uneven ground.
Its also recommended to bring a good pair of gloves, although we do have some armoured paintball gloves available.
We would also suggest that bringing a change of clothing might be a good idea, especially if its wet – we have found people actually really enjoy playing paintball in rain, plus people love getting a bit muddy!
A huge variety of Drinks and snacks are always available from our on-site shop at very reasonable prices. If you have any special, party food requirements. Please let us know in advance.
We politely ask that only food purchased from our on-site shop is consumed on the premises.
Feel free to bring a Birthday cake!
We’re happy for our customers to bring along their own birthday cakes.
Please ensure that there is at least one “responsible adult” in attendance to ensure that all the children participating have understood our pre-activity safety briefing, and to ensure that they are booked in.
Absolutely! Printable party invites can be found on our downloads section here Downloads
Also If you have any special requests to make the day more special such as putting up banners or balloons, then we are happy to help you get these put up before the Birthday person arrives!
Paintball can be both physically demanding and require a certain level physical ability.
However we encourage wheelchair users (with off road wheelchairs) and those of any ability to have a go if they wish to!
While we always welcome players with a disability. Both the player(s) and their parents or guardians need to be aware of the nature of Paintball and the terrain that we play on. And therefore make a subsequent assessment of their ability to safely enjoy the activity they wish to pursue, based upon their own physical ability and overall disability.
Bristol Activity Centre only uses the highest quality protective Low Impact Paintballing equipment and all of our guests receive comprehensive instruction on their use. Games are fully supervised at all times by our trained and experienced marshals who ensure that safety and game rules are being followed, and are always on hand to assist with first aid if needed.
